Our Mission is to provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment where your pet will be unconditionally loved and exceptionally cared for.

Our team is committed to making every stay a positive and stress-free experience for both you and your loved ones. Through socialization, relaxation, plenty of affection, and an array of additional amenities, we are all about nurturing each dog’s individualized physical and mental needs. We promise your dog will come home happy, tired and barking to get back.

Joel Sklar

President

Joel Sklar is Co-Owner and President of Pup E Club USA, Inc., bringing extensive expertise and credentials to the pet care industry.

He is Certified in Pet First Aid & CPR as well as earning certifications from IAP Career College for Dog Daycare Ownership and Level 2 Professional Pet Boarding Certification from the PBBC.

As a member of the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), Joel maintains the highest industry standards.

A pioneer in canine detection services, Joel established one of the first Canine Detection Units in New York City specializing in bed bug detection. His expertise in this specialized field is backed by canine handler certifications from both the Florida Canine Academy and the International Termite Canine Detector Dog Association.
