My dog came home with minor cuts/abrasions?
During Group Play, dogs may engage in vigorous play and wrestling throughout the day. This interaction promotes healthy socialization and provides excellent exercise. Minor cuts or scrapes can occasionally occur during active play—this is a normal part of canine interaction as. Our staff monitors every group continuously, and we maintain a strict no-aggression policy. However, dogs naturally use their teeth and nails when playing with one another, which can sometimes result in minor cuts or abrasions.
While our team closely observes all behavior and interactions, small injuries may occasionally go unnoticed in the moment. Though very rare, more moderate injuries can result from spirited play. Our staff provides constant supervision and attentive care. However, we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of play related injuries, despite our best efforts and personalized attention to each guest in the clubhouse.
