Pup E Club, USA Inc. is seeking an energetic, organized team member with an enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive personality. A genuine love for dogs is essential, and upon successful completion of training, you will enjoy the benefit of bringing your own dog to work for free!
As a Clubhouse Service Specialist (CSS), you are responsible for delivering a “wow experience” to every client. You are the face of our company, making every dog and owner feel comfortable, confident, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You will also be entrusted with upholding and protecting our mission and core values.
Essential Job Functions
- Warmly greet all guests entering the facility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries professionally.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations through our POS system.
- Manage customer payments accurately.
- Safely receive pets and ensure proper placement within the facility.
- Collaborate with management on administrative tasks.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients as needed.
- Provide individual playtime sessions when requested.
- Perform thorough body checks on dogs to identify pre-existing conditions or injuries.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Owner, including facility sanitation, daycare & boarding accommodations, and bathing services.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Windows
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Freeport, NY 11520 (Required)
- Work Location: In person.
